Summary:

The work schedule for this position is full-time (40 hours per week). The start date is dependent on agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications.

Duties:

The Warehouse Worker moves furniture, appliances, and equipment among the warehouse, offices, and residential properties. They also conduct inventory, perform basic furniture assembly, and assist in setup for official events. Reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and indirectly to the Property Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least six (06) months experience as a warehouse worker in an international organization or large local institution is required.

Job Knowledge: Basic computer literacy, efficient and safe ways to lift and move heavy items, operate a warehouse forklift, and use standard warehouse tools.

Education Requirements: Completion of Secondary School is required.

Language: Limited Knowledge (reading, speaking and understanding) of English is required.

Skills and Abilities: Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team, work under pressure and a tight schedule, a flexible approach to work shifts and answer emergency calls at all hours, and able to perform moderately heavy work, climb ladders, and lift heavy items.

Benefits:
