For this 10th category position based in Douala, the main mission is to ensure the studies and monitoring of agency development and renovation projects, to ensure the sustainability of the structures, to ensure the maintenance of the sites. in operation at its expense.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

§  Animation / Management

– Ensure the smooth running of agency development and renovation projects in strict compliance with deadlines and budget

– Visit the various sites proposed in the project to assess technical constraints

– Serve as an interface between the Project Management (Architect) and the bank

– Ensure the validation of the plans with the General Management and the execution of the project according to the respect of the internal procedures

– Consult the companies and ensure the follow-up of the realization of the work

– Ensure the maintenance of sites in operations

– Ensure the effective passage of maintenance companies on a monthly basis

– Follow the resolution of the needs expressed in its various sites

– Propose solutions to technical problems aimed at optimizing the continuity of service, the safety of goods and people

– Contribute to the search for ways to save money

– Contribute to the execution of permanent surveillance work

– Verification of compliance with procedures

§  Risks

– Responsible for the commitments made in his sector of activity and liaison with the Risk Department

§  Management

– Check the conformity of procedures

§  Degree of autonomy  : Average degree of autonomy to define and implement the action plan of the unit in order to achieve the results objectives defined in consultation with the Director of Resources.

§ Knowledge in Civil Engineering

§ Knowledge of 2D, 3D drawings and design

§ Cross-disciplinary knowledge in electricity, air conditioning and electronic security

§ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint software

§ Knowledge of project management

§ Understand the risk related to the activity on its perimeter (counterparty risks, limits to various …)

Candidate profile 

§ BACC + 5 in Civil Engineering, Maintenance, Project Management, Generalist or any related discipline.

§ Minimum 03 years of professional experience in the field of civil engineering and maintenance.
