Summary:
This position provides technical security support and services to various locations within a designated geographic region. Responsibilities include managing technical equipment inventory, overseeing logistics operations, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Duties:
Technical Security Support: Provide technical security support and services to assigned posts within the region.
Inventory Management: Manage the Engineering Services Office (ESO) inventory, encompassing supply chain management, logistics operations, procurement, and inventory reconciliation for technical systems and equipment.
Administrative Support: Assist with office administration tasks, travel arrangements, and tracking the office travel budget.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least three (3) years of logistics and/or administrative experience in an office setting
Education: Completion of high school, secondary school, or equivalent academic qualification
Language: Fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) in English is required.
Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Additional Requirements:
All applicants must pass medical and security certifications.
